Hi, I’m Laura! I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a bachelor's degree in psychology and three years of experience working in community mental health now currently practicing under owner, Mary Horn. Drawing from both my clinical training and lived experience, I take a compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based approach to supporting clients in reclaiming their lives. I believe that each person is the expert in their own life, and my role is to help them reconnect with their inner power. As an intern at Cornerstone OCD, I am gaining hands-on experience in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other proven OCD treatment modalities to help clients break free from fear.Outside of my work, I am passionate about travel, yoga, and mindfulness practices, all of which inform my approach to mental wellness. I also spend much of my time working with foster kittens, which brings me a deep sense of joy and purpose. I look forward to meeting you and am honored to be a part of your journey!
