I'm Tasha and I earned my MA in Applied Child & Adolescent Psychology from the University of Washington where I worked with the Seattle Children's Hospital Mood & Anxiety Program, trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), Parent and Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE).
I would be honored to collaborate with you on this journey of brave steps forward. We will identify your inherent strengths and resources, and use these along with evidence-based techniques to challenge your Anxiety or OCD. Together, we will create a plan that meets you where you're at and progressively brings you closer to a life aligned with your goals, interests, and values.
